A young couple running a café in a peaceful town was living a happy, relaxed life today.
One day, however, the husband, Oren, was attacked by a mysterious monster.
Fortunately, the injury itself was not serious, but there was another problem.

The demon - a pathogen carried by unicorns, the UC fungus.
Oren's brain was unfortunately affected by the fungus, and he developed a strange disease called “UC Disease.

The symptoms of this dreadful disease are - abnormal arousal at the thought of a loved one having sexual intercourse with another person.

Oren, who is otherwise completely harmless from the disease, has to ask an adventurer he knows to help him obtain the “horn of the unicorn,” which is necessary for the cure, in order to dispel the rumors from the wives in the neighborhood.

While leaving the acquisition of the horn to the adventurer and his wife, Oren spends his days asking his wife, Lise, to do all sorts of things to satisfy his budding sexual proclivities due to his illness.
