LUST Eternal immerses the player in the story of a starving sinner in the hellish wastelands, devouring the brains of fallen warriors to gain combat memories and abilities. Armed with a shotgun, the protagonist wreaks bloody havoc in the underworld. The gameplay is based on rapid movement and merciless skirmishes, forcing the hunter to break through demonic forces.
